Tap "Get Started Free" and sign up with your email address. You will receive a verification link to confirm your account. Once verified, you can start adding properties straight away.

Yes. The free plan lets you manage 1 property with up to 50 items, one photo per item, and full offline access. If you need more properties, additional photos per item, reminders, export, or sharing, the Pro plan is available for £20 per year.

Hopo is a progressive web app (PWA) that works in any modern browser on desktop, tablet, and mobile. You can install it to your home screen for a native app experience with offline support.

The free plan supports 1 property with up to 50 items. The Pro plan increases this to 10 properties with up to 2,000 items each.

Each property contains rooms, and each room contains items. Add a property first, then create rooms within it, and finally add items to each room. You can categorise items and record their value, condition, and purchase details.

Yes, on the Pro plan you can invite others by email to view or help manage a property. They will receive an invitation and can accept it from their own Hopo account.

The search feature lets you find items across all your properties by name, category, or description. Results are returned instantly so you can quickly locate any belonging.

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest using AWS infrastructure. Each user's data is isolated and only accessible to them (or people they explicitly share with). We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Passkeys are a modern, passwordless sign-in method using your device's biometrics (fingerprint or face recognition). They are more secure than passwords because they cannot be phished or reused across sites. You can set up a passkey from Settings after signing in.

Data export functionality is on our roadmap. In the meantime, all your data remains accessible through the app at any time.
